Bhai 4.6 grade bolt ki shear strength aur bearing strength kitni hoti hai.?will it have to remember all grade property of bolt or it will be given.

Bhai off topic hai... mera dps me paper 1 clear hua hai jo jan 17 mai tha.. aur is adv (oct 2016 ) ki maximum age 27 boli gayi jo mera dec 16 me complete hua hai.. but adv me ye mentioned nahi hai ki 27 years kis date tak...
toh genrally age advertisemnt ki application date se pakda jata hai ya written test se??
