Is SSC stringent about OBC certificate dates ( like, certificates made between 2013 to 2016 only will be accepted)? Can anybody tell about this issue in JE document verification in any zone?

ssc je 2016 No of condidate applied 6 lac 18 thousands
Today DV is over. From result status on SSC website it is clear that department will be allocated in 1 st week of March. Up to 28 feb ssc is busy in CGL tier 2 result.
