Yes UPPCS 2013 Notice by the end of March 2013 note that there will be no change in the mains exam of UPPCS ( Phone Query to PSC UP )

Public Service Commission Uttarakhand will also announce Notification for PCS Exam( God Knows about the year of Recruitment becos they Don't Conduct PCS Exam Every Year) In April 2013

Pre 2012 Result not before then June/July 2013 ( Source: Phone Query MPPSC Controller of Exams ) When asked about when Mains will be conducted after pre result person replied not yet decided it will decide laterz and hang up the phone

Expected Cut offs not more then (275 to 285 + - ) for Gen Category

2010 Cut off of pre exam are as follows ( note that in 2010 there was optional subject)

15 times ( no of candidates) the total no of vaccancies to be filled in various categories of services and post as mentioned in the advertisement
