Let me clear my stance.What i meant was they have given calls for 120 seats...
( no. of calls mite be >= 120)


That make sense and also can be the reason for less no of selected guys and large no of waitlisted guys. They are playing safe as if no of seats increases they can call people from waitlist but had they given the call keeping in mind 180 seats and had the no of seats not increases than they would have been in difficult position.

Friends getting really restless wonder how am I gonna spend the next two days....and not even sure if we will know the status on 10th...

I feel that the college should have come out with a reassurance regarding the approvals , number of seats and that on 10th the waitlist would be released...and the scenario would be so and so...


Please dont take it otherwise but such things go a long way....

It can give us some confidence not regarding final selection..but will clear this muddle that atleast I am in and I also a lot of fellow aspirants I think...

Can some senior from TAPMI who is already in Operations management or someone who might be having a bit of knowledge about it, please highlight about it, if its worth doing at TAPMI? It will be very helpful for me to take a decision.

An MBA college is unable to manage the admission process... they can give basic details on the result page atleast, lyk wen da waitlist numbers wud b out..wen da results of other courses would be announced...date of next update or sumthin...deyve kept us in complete darkness and I think tapmi ppl have failed in comunicating with da students wen it comes to admission...

I think da situation of students outside pagalguy is even more pathetic..dey dont even have da lil updates dat v have thro seniors n fellow puys..

the fees can be the deciding factor for you and the location as well. Consider these 2 factors and decide, otherwise nothing between the 2.

During my interview I was told that the course fee of TAPMI has been increased to 8,20,000 from 7,15,000. But I cannot find it updated in the website and what is the initial amount one has to pay to confirm ones seat in Tapmi??

Buddy are you still gonna ask the seniors about waitlist movement at the meet:wow::wow:

Come on dude..its gonna be interaction...and we will get to hear more about tapmi...its culture..dos and donts...faculty...prospects...and many more things..its not a meet to give us an update on admissions...surely not...

It will be a meet to make us more acquainted with everything regarding TAPMI...

Refer the recruting partners at TAPMI : TAPMI
Many of these companies offered, profiles in operations management.

Also refer the batch profile of passing out batch, to acess the interest of TAPMI studenst in operations. List will give you an idea about how many students took operations as their major or minor.

As per my assesment , its worth doing operation management from TAPMI.
But the final answer depends upon whats your background and whats your expectation.
