If the degree is not recognized by AICTE then I wont be able to apply for any govt jobs and neither for PSU's. So I dont want to get the Manipal University degree after 2 years.
Dude, I read the article but don't see why ur so concerned. Your Manipal University degree is perfectly recognised by AICTE, NBA and every other government body u care to name.

Yes anshul i am in total agreement with you even though AICTE approval doesnt fetch anything but without that our degree wont have any value even outside the country there are also mails runnig across saying this so without AICTE approval puys dont even dare to join colleges,i dont understand why a college like TAPMI lacks transperency in declaring when are they expectingh this approvals.Seniors if we can have this info?/ otherwise its time for many of us to decide.
Oh yeah and dude, Sikkim Manipal University is a separate university altogether. And I dnt know wht the AICTE thing means for them because they are not based in Bangalore, but in Sikkim. In any case, Manipal University is a separate university and it's based not in Bangalore, but in Manipal itself. PM me if u need any further details.
when will the updated results b declared???.i had called up the admissions office... 2701000 asked me to call 2701008 and vice versa... finally some1 tod me they arent aware when it will b declared..MAYBE tomorrow. yesterday a few people told it would b declared in the evening..is it confirmed news?

Yes.. Ms Jyothi from admission office just now confirmed that they'll be putting the list on website by evening.. I called her up at 08202701010.
they told me that new list will be shown on website by the evening, and they are not going to tell the waitlist number atleast by 15th of june... :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

15th of June is ridiculous... R ppl supposed to b just waiting for TAPMI.. there are ppl who have to pay fees to other colls or ppl who have a certain notice period to be served b4 resignation.....

I am in total agreement guess today result is the last time i am watching this space for if i am not selceted not ready to wait till june 15th what the college thinks of student community i dont understand time to say one final bye all the best freinds
Guys, these things happen every year. Last yr, I had to pay fees at another college just becos TAPMI dint come up with the results on the earlier said date. Later, when the results were out, I switched. So you guys need to plan accordingly. I know it may sound rude, but thats the way it is 😞

but for you people, waitlist number was given much before... just after the results were declared. why not same for us?? why are they keeping us in dark till 15th June..
