When n lines intersect with each other how many intersection points are possible..?
Help me with these king of questions na..
depends wheter the lines are parallel, concurrent etc,
lets suppose all are non-parallel and non-concurrent, each two would intersect at 1 distinct point... so combination of 2 would give 1 point... so no. of intersections = nC2
for say x concurrent lines... and rest non-parallel and non-concurrent,,, total no. of intersections = nC2... out of these cancelling out intersections of concurrent lines... xC2 but adding 1 as dey intersect at 1 point... so nC2 - xC2 + 1
for say x parallel lines rest say non-concurrent and non-parallel... nC2 - xC2
The joke in BJP circles now is that to get Mr. Modi to attend a party national executive meeting, it will have to be held in Gandhinagar, the seat of government in Gujarat.
Please let me know if you find any mistake.

sir woh batao...diffeerent number of regions created.....
By inference we can understand, but my question was should we not explicitly mention to whom that "his" is referring to. (as per Aristotle SC)
What about the other?
Subject toh Mr. Modi hai, toh pronoun will replace the subject.

Correct hai OG sentence.
is ke baad jo object wala clause hai woh aayega, now isn't part of what the joke is. 'that' ke aage, 'what is the joke?' iss question ka answer aayega.
I just thought idhar the seat of 'the' government aayega, but OE main aisa kuch nahi likha hai.
Gupta has scoured rural India for its hidden innovations, motivating by the belief that the most powerful ideas for fighting poverty and hardship will come from ordinary people.

So to find the maximum no of ways n lines can intersect we simply just do nC2..?
