its being asked to find out sum of all rationals p/30 >10 ; => p = [1 ,300]..
but its also said ki p/30 has to be in lowest form => p has to be co-prime to 30 or 300.
now what we have to out is the values of p which are less than 300 and co prime to 300 (or 30)
E 300 = 80 (EULER OF 300)
So there are 80 values of p which are co prime to 30 and less than 300 and for which value of p/30
so sum of all such p/30 = (E (300) * 300 /2 *)30 = 400
p:s - sum of all euler nos = E * N/2 [where N = number whse euler is found out..]
p:p:s - hope everything is clear now??
