Dekho, the para also says that "should keep in mind" so, what a consumer actually does is stated in the last line starting with Ironically.
And option A is emphasising more on Interest rates na jo apna main point nahin rakha hai author ne para main.
yess ab thoda samaj aaya h...saale yeh contrasting option wale PC bahut tricky hote h saale..

This is ho I did it.
Passage mein first line is telling something about best deals but after that there is no mention of it and the passage is also not about best deal on home loans so B cannot follow.

Now the passage say "Getting a home loan is almost like buying a product that will be in use for the next 15 years or whatever the term is. ..... A trip to the branch could bring home a few points about a bank's infrastructure and customer service."

Now in the option b The word Ironically is used now to justify its usage the line after ironically must be the opposite to whatever it is conveyed in the passage just before it which in turn is true as it says that ki loan humko 15 saal tak use kerna hai so we shud go to the bank and check it but people act opposite to it and daily use ki cheez ke liye woh bahar chale jaten hai aur home loan ki home delivery kervate hain.

koi yeh batao...

(1+x+x^2)^(-3)
find the coefficient of x^2..
iski approach batao koi...yeh saale JEE type questions kyu puch rhe h...i wonder CAT can give dis??

chodo galat hai
@RoadKill Sir unka RC ka topic test try karo... 15 mins mein 3 RC. Not easy by any stretch of imagination.
@Ritwick181 haan pata hai yaar. 😞 Very unrealistic. Also some questions in PJs and all are incorrectly solved (google verified). But I gave the first 70 min sectional today and got 78, so I wanted to check with others. Jab khola to mujhe laga it will be 70 mins 70 ques, as per prev pattern in their foundation tests, and blazed thru each ques. 35 min pe I hit an LR set, tab jaake chamka ki proper section 2 hai, not just 70 mins of va. 😛 Still easy enough IMO.. 30a, 27c. So give the full length sectionals, should be more balanced with lr rescuing your time.

78 ! ..Sectional test number?
@Enigma001 The first 70 min one: Test 1 (Advanced, all areas). VALR ka.

Kaunse PJs? From sectional ya topic wise?

Waise I had heard that Time ke VA sectionals realistic nahin hai toh abhi tak diye nahin hai. Will give 2 over the weekend and let you know the score.
Waise RC waale mein its just the length that's the issue. Questions are pretty straight forward.
@Ritwick181 Topic wise - Grammar and CR topics have some erroneous solutions. Full 70 min sectional mein se I have given only the first. And yeah, questions in topic wise RC are pretty easy, but I end up missing out on 4-5 questions so score is always in the 20s. :(

Answer the questions on the basis of the information given below.
The following bar €“ graph provides information about the number of days on which it rained in India in each of the six months viz. January, February, April, July, August and October of the year 2009.

The following table provides information about the number of days on which it rained in five states in India in each of the six mentioned months of the year 2009. Punjab and Haryana are in northern India. Kerala and Karnataka are in southern India and Maharashtra is in western India. Assume that it rained only in the five given states in the year 2009.

In July, on how many days it rained in both western and southern India?

isme atleast hona chahiye...21 days it rained in karnataka so there were at max 4 days on which it didn't rain in south india...if on all these days it rains in maharashtra then we are left with 14 days in which it will rain at both places :)
@abhi_14 @nits2811 I think we have to find the range of possible number of days it rained simultaneously in Maha and S. India, and take the minimum value. Then we can say that on these many days, it definitely rained in both Maha and S. India. Mera minimum value 14 aa raha hai.
