Madrac HC Judgement for re exam only I came to via one of the petitioner . So court farmed thier self for two men bnech, I got above news from one of my friend is it true?

Now we are arriving at same point where we were at 2/3 months ago. See guys, this is the game for both officials and political parties but for us its life. Anyway we have to accept whatever happened in past. Yes we have to accept that still tainted candidates(culprits) are there in selection list. In order to remove them, re-exam from scratch is not a good solution(may be a solution). Instead they can contact 2nd stage exam in the ratio of 1:3 or 1:4 whatever by considering the exam which we have written as 1st stage exam. I think this is the optimal solution. We have to project this alternative option in appleal. Anyway anyone side will go for appeal.

Leave the past happened matter. Do your hard work in reexam. It only leads to your success. Dont discuss re cv or re exam. Dont make a astrology about re exam . if you work hard from now u will win. Dont upset and dont panic. May 2018 first week notification August 04 2018 Exam Oct 2018 result Nov 2018 CV Dec 2018 appointment 2019 is yours . Let start now . All the best.

I think whatever happens let it happen and its better to do not file any case hereafter. Its so pathetic to wait for it as well as to follow it. Writing rexam may lead to less frustration than waiting for re-cv for months and months. Useless govt.

Hi, why the case status of 3287 or 4155 is still pending in hc website, for M. Iamathi case also the judgement copy is not available immediately after Feb 22nd, the copy was uploaded after few days, but that time the status of case was disposed not pending, why now in 3287 or 4155 the case status is pending?? Someone please explain

I have one doubt. Madurai bench and madras bench are both HC and equally powerful. Madurai HC said recv and madras HC said reexam. It's like two judges of same HC have given two different judgements. In such case how reexam only will be the final one ? Why not recv? In such case, the case has to be transferred to the 3 judge bench right. Someone please clarify this

Two more arrestedin TRB scam CHENNAI, APRIL 14, 2018 01:13 IST UPDATED: APRIL 14, 2018 The Central Crime Branch of the Chennai City Police on Friday arrested two more persons in connection with the Teachers’ Recruitment Board scam. The accused, Brahmanayagam, 45, a resident of Karambakkam and Gunasekaran, 44, of Golden George Nagar, Mogappair, were remanded. Thirteen persns have been arrested so far in connection with the scam and the enquiry is on. The scam came to light after a complaint was filed by TRB member-secretary Uma with the CCB about the manipulation in the Optical Mark Reading sheets.

Now atleast we know whose marks are fake and it will be sure that 100 % genuine candidates would have been posted if it would be re-cv. But, in reexam nobody can be able to know, who is genuine and who is fake. But, it is sure that, TRB & govt wont be genuine. Anyway its all fate.

2011 -17 only two chairmen. Now Trb changed five chairman in short period. 2017 sep uma (she complained 156 person) 2017 dec D. Jagannathan, 2017 jan , K. Srinivasan, (cancelled the polytechnic lecturers’ exam conducted on September 16 last year and announced the re-exam on August 4, 2018.) 2017 mar K. Nanthakumar, 2017 april R. Damotharan (current chairman) .
