Dear aspirants of uppsc state engg exm 2013, I have a news for you .i came to know that Uttar Pradesh k JE union ne kuch Paisa pahuchaya hai so dat k 2013 k vacancies ka more than 50% promotion krke bhare and dis is the main reason of delay . For clarity we need to file a RTI to get transparency in this case and if found it right then have to file case and in this way result will be declared soon as JE promotions will be kept on hold (stay ) .
