None of us here in hyderabad have a clue. Looks like UPSC will intimate us about interview after they are over!

Long time no see, huh! So, UPSC has ditched us regarding 2013 notification.
Sorry for that info about notification coming out last saturday. OK, my bad! Looks like the union govt & UPSC are at loggerheads regarding changes with one wanting to give a year's time and wait till elections are over and the other wants changes right away. Looks like UPSC is winning guys. Let's hope that doesn't happen.
Anyways we can expect the notification this Saturday as employment news for the coming fortnight will be out on that day.
Looks like our thread has been closed but there are two other threads for civils. So, lets continue our discussion there.

@y2snew Thanks a lot man. That was concise & resourceful.
I'm attaching a file that gives all the highlights of budget. The points have been well separated & segregated.
Can you please try to find out & post some info about new and catchy terms in budget. Previously things like bio asphalt, oil zapper, stem cells, MDG, NRLM etc were asked after being mentioned in budget. I'll try to be more active after a couple of weeks.
Have you attempted civils previously? What are you doing now & aiming for in future?
Last month I had resigned my private job. I got auditor through cgl 12.
Now I am doing nothing and aiming for civil prelims(1st attempt, completed graduation on june 2012).
Please comment.
