hi 2 all!
i had my cet gd and pi at welingkar's 2day! so thought it fit 2 make a few enquiries abt the pgp e-biz and pgdbm results! asked quite a few ppl. 1 lady said that they mayb out by 2day evening!
while leaving, i managed 2 ask the person who looked like he was the authority in charge for conducting the cet gd and pi ( obviously he was a welingkar person)! HE ASKED ME 2 CALL UP WELINGKAR AFTER 4 PM ,TOMMORROW, ie on 26th.
this is the latest info, guys, from my side! mayb aditya can shed more light!

That post got my adrenalin rushing. And such a dampener the revelation turned out to be. But i guess it is high time that we got some communication regarding the results. At least a concrete date. Otherwise we would have these madcaps shooting off numbers of fake admission officers and stuff I guess. Apalling!!!

As far as I know the welingkars guys prefer to put up the list on the website rather than receiving a 1000 calls ... so keep checking the site... thats the easiest way and the most surest way to confirm it.

i think my cet gd and pi was good. the gd was cool as half of the ppl had not turned up! the panelists were all welingkar faculty!

Well since the shorlisted names are gonna be put up any time now, I need some dope regarding study-loans that can be availed for the PGDM course.
Few of my queries are
1)When is the right time to apply for a loan?(before admissions/after etc.)
2)Which banks offer such a loan?(I received a Statebank of India form with the welingkars prospectus...need to know which other banks offer such stuff)
3)what is the repayment period ,when does it start etc.?
I know the best place to enquire is the bank...but then I think hearing from Welingkars PGDM people who have availed of one such loan will be even better.
You can PM me the Cell nos. of people who are willing to share thier experience.

To answer ur queries;
1) The right time to apply for a loan is immediately after you get the letter from the college that you have been admitted to the course. Before that do some mkt. research and ask banks wht their terms are and what documents will be required, interest rate, repayment terms, possibility to add to the loan, what can be added, etc. and get the forms from the banks. Calculate what it entails and then decide.
2) Most of the nationalized banks offer these loans. Since SBI was selling our forms, they were allowed to insert the loan form, u need not take a loan from SBI.
3) Repayment period, EMI, rate of interest, etc. depend on bank to bank, so its best u check with the bank. Normally repayment starts 6 mths after u graduate or u start working and is for arnd 7 years.
Any documentation u require from the college will be given,so dont worry on tht count.

I just called welingkar and they told me to check the website today or tomorrow.
So the results will be out within 24 hrs.
guys,wassup with the welingkars guys....they declared that may 15 date so emphatically during the gd/pi....n now it's the last week of may, n no results yet.......
