I received the same mail too , wonder how , coz' i didnt even apply to the institute !!!

Anyway, the mail sounds very refreshing as for the selection criteria , but the point that i wud like to raise is : How gud a reputation does Welingkar enjoy?

I dunno wich mail ur talking bout.. i dint get any? pls tell me bout it at my mail add [email protected] or yahoo chat -heartthrob_81- name is rahul.. besides can u tell me about kj somaiya over welingkar wich in better???? i got 35 waiting list.. wht r m chances in somaiya..do reply pls bye

plz check out the date of the post befor u message ......as far as KJS n welingkars ....i would go for welingkars .....i got a better infra n good faculties also better foreign colab.....as far as placements are concerned bot fall in the same category....so my bet is on Welingkars....all the best!!!

Have a Couple of doubts in filling welingkar form:

CAT Reg No - Only 6 boxes are given, CAT No is 7 digits.
CAT Score - if its is the %ge score given on score card, its in the form xx.xx, but again only 3 boxes are provided.

DOES ANYONE HV ANSWERS TO THESE.

You need to fill in the CAT application no. (6 digits) and not the CAT Registration no.(7 digits). cat apply no. can be found on the admit card. Reg d other query, evn i need the answers...pls help.

hi guyz.....regarding cat score,,,u got to wirte ur cat percentage .....for this u got to round ur percentage to the nearest whole number....eg if ur percentage is 32.98 write it as 033

me called the college today and someone from d admissions offce told tht the GD/PI calls would be out by this weekend. GD/PI in bby wud be held in may first week.

Welingkar's Marketing Faculty is supposed to be very good. In fact Marketing is what the Institute is famous for. About exact placement figures I think their own website would be the best place to look.

I suggest u call up d col to chck the status of ur application.

hey guyz!!
i had my form hand delivered with my friend.. so i guess i shud not worry abt form reachin there or not!!!

anyways , aditya i have certain queries
1) any idea what are the exact date for the short list to be out....i had read earlier in this thed that it wud be in a week after the 10th... well we are nearly there...if u have any information do shed some light!!

2) also would we know our score out of 150.. i.e. the marks from which our applications are processed...

3) people like me who have submitted both cat and cet admit cards (score card as well in case of cat).. will we know on what basis are we shortlisted (in case we are called)??
