yea.i agree.welingkar is not a low rung b school to give out calls to everyone.there will definitely be cutoffs.

i called them up and asked . they said last year it was 75 per in CAT , no idea s about CET though. This year seeing the trend of other colleges Ithe cutoff may rise max upto 80 , will not go any further .

hey shalini i think u got it wrong here....ofcourse there is a cut off for gd pi calls last time around it was 75-78%ile ...this time it may increas upto 80 -82 %ile(not sure abt this one though)

hey dude their form said that they will take the score of CAT or CET ....whichever is on the higher side...and i am 100% sure of this...check out this link to confirm it urself selection process.........

as for cut off there will be a minimal cutoff of atleast around 80%.....so dont worry ull definetly get a call for gd pi

hey what i got a feel of welingkars is that they will analyize th ewhole essay form and then give out call for GD/PI..my college senior had 69% in CAT 04 ...was having expectional EXTRA Ciriculars...INTERNATIONAL as well as NATIONAL level ...had decent acads....what say??..any comments///.....

yes buddy.i had a talk wid the welingkar counsellor personally and she said that the essay form has a lot of weightage.

hey yr cat score is rated out of 50 marks or may be 100 perhpas
its mentioned in da brochure . iTs imp asa it adds to da net tally
