Get a head start for your MBA and also in life. ISB course packs containing Havard case studies and notes among others. Grades do matter to land you a good job with a good pay and reading up and being ready before helps to a great extent. Asking price is 2lakhs.

I have 8 years of experience in core manufacturing operations and vendor quality management in country's leading automotive passenger vehicle companies. I am planning for full time Executive MBA from a good college like ISB. I am a passout from an average private engineering college. I want to further grow my career further but at the same time i want to switch my profile to marketing/sales preferably in automotive industry. I keep myself updated with all the competition and new technologies and trends in automotive sector. Will it be a good decision to go for MBA in terms of career growth and ROI considering i earn a salary of close to 17 LPA and whether it will be possible for me to change my profile after MBA Please guide me Valuable suggestions are welcome
