im thinking of going for CL mocks. I'm already giving AIMCATs..jst wanted to know.is it too late to join for CL MOCKs?TIME's started theirs in June...any idea?
Yaa u can join now. U will be losing 2 Proc Mocks. Coz 3rd is on the way. If u get ur sis working before 3rd, u can give proc 3 at home. So join as soon as possible. I personally feel this is the best time to join 2nd test series. The actual competition begins now. All the best.
Hi frendz..yet nt joined any test series..Bt the place where i live is d only option i've is TIME or ENDEAVOUR....Can anybody help me to select with respect to money value and d quality preparation...Plzz help me soon..
Definitely TIME. bcoz it not only has the best mocks, but also the highest no. of test takers which will give u a better idea of where u stand. GL
Junta please help me.. Are IMS (online) simcats like CL's Online Mocks, ie. do they stay in the student account and can be given whenever one likes or do they vanish off in 3-4 days like TIME's OL aimcats?? And, in IMS if I fail to turn up for a particular (invigilated) simcat can I give it later on from home?? And whats the deal with acecats?? Can someone please explain in detail please...
I know this question has been asked nth time in this thread but I just want to know if anyone have any idea about which test series is better IMS or CL this year? I am already giving AIMCATs from TIME but want to join another one to fine tune my prep. I am lagging in QA so want to know which is the good option to go for.

in IMS they vanish off aswell...you do get a few tests on the student page but they are very few..... and, for invigilated exams..if you miss one you cant avail again...but you may try and get those questions from your mentor of IMS...
Definitely TIME. bcoz it not only has the best mocks, but also the highest no. of test takers which will give u a better idea of where u stand. GL :cheerio:
rightly said...TIME and if you can..just get papers of iMS pen/paper!
Can anybody please let me know, which test-series to join for CAT 2008???
1. IMS 2. Career Launcher 3. TIME 4. Career Forum
or any other ..
Thanks..
India Pakistan test series. :)
On a serious note, TIME has the most number of people sitting for its test series. However, its results are not accurate. one of my friends was getting less than 50%ile in all TIME AIMCATs but was getting more than 90 in IMS Simcats. In the real CAT, he scored more than 90 and this is not the case with just one friend. CL test series is the one which most resembles the actual CAT paper but the results are not accurate, at least for some of my friends.
I am working in a organisation where i am posted in remote areas . So i don't have access to Coaching centres . That's why i thought to avail test series for my preparation . Could anyone pls guide me on this issue . I have a doubt regarding the online tests whether i can give them whenever i feel or i have time . I had come across BJYU's online course for 4 k is it ok to go for it ? Pls advice

You have incidentally bumped into an old thread. However, oming to your query :
1. Yes, you can go for Byju's program. Its a good one
2. As far as rest series of TIME/CL/IMS is concerned, the tests which are to be taken at home by any of them, can be taken by you anytime as per your convenience. And for the tests which they conduct at centres, there is a specific window with time slots... you can take any time slot as per your convenience and availability.
I wanted to know which test series would be better to join to prepare not just for CAT but other exams such as XAT . Test series which have difficulty level at par with the original exam and not more or less and won't require me to go all the way up to the test center to give the mocks but provide an option to attempt from my choice of location.
A general question as to which among ims or cl offers a better test series programme, I have already enrolled for aimcats but want to test myself on another platform as well. Please clarify if we can give cl mocks any time from home or is it necessary to go to the centre, same with ims.
Hi guys.. I am giving aimcats , is it advisable to join some other test series? If yes, please suggest if IMS is the best ? as i have heard a lot about it being most closer to actual CAT.(also, e-test series is the best?)
Also, as only 3 months are left, would I be able to get missed tests to be done at home?
Hi, I am planning to study for CAT through correspondence. Can anybody tel me which is the best institute to get the material and test series from? Thanks!
