Can everyone please tell whether you are joining without a sabbatical or with one?

How many intake they have this year for EMBA?

  Am planning to join XIMB One Year E-MBA Full Time. But I came to know from someone that for One Year E-MBA there is NO placement in fact zero placements.  For all other course they provide placement even for Rural Management also. 

After giving XAT and XGMAT when candidate goes for the discussion they had told they will at least provide placement assistance. Based on this assurance last year 22 students took admission. Out of which 10 are from TCS.  TCS employees come in sabbatical so they don’t really worry for the placement. 


After taking the admission when the batch went to the placement office asking for placement assistance, they got a list of company’s  HR contact number where  99% of those contacts are useless.(lol placement assistance from ximb). 


Till now not a single guy from the current batch has a placement which is very depressing. So if you are from TCS then come and join. For Non-Tcs  don’t even think about it. It’s a complete waste of TIME, EFFORT and MONEY. After all Rs-17 lacs is not a small amount. Use the money judiciously.

Guys, there is no placement cell for  One Year E-MBA Full Time 2017-2018.In the current batch only 1 student has managed to get placement(His own effort and contacts).Ximb provide zero placement and assistance.

How is the executive MBA program in XIMB? Any current student can you shed some light about the placement opportunities ,since my organisation doesn't allow to take sabbatical.
