If u wanna take admission in xiss,I would say please never ever do this mistake....Xiss sucks in all manners..............Study,placement,everyhtng.

Look,as of what i have experienced in my 2 months(roughly) is that,i am happy with ny decision of joining XISS(leaving aside IFMR,XIME,ITM NAVI MUMBAI,etc)...
XISS is one good spring-bed for all you people desiring to join....however,i must clear it for one and all of the negative vibes-We give a damn to hopeless soul....
Here in XISS,primarily of PM(hope aayushman answer it much better for RD)..the schedule we have,we dont have time to answer to you very frequently but be in touch & keep on asking...

And yeah, we have permanent faculty members from XL.
Guest Lectures are delivered by industry stalwarts( We had Senior VP, HR of Kotak & HR Managers of Usha Martin, HEC, CCL, TATA MOTORS, TATA STEEL) & a seminar by Tata Steel, jus' in our 1st Trimester. There's a lot to happen in future ...

Although around 19-23 companies visited XISS for PM last year,but still the placements were not 100% officially(by the end of the course everybody is placed in PM,because of its strong alumni:w00t:)...
So,tough to give you the average figure,highest swelled upto around 8.6 lacs
, TATA MOTORS...
N.B.- from this year, we are having a centralised placement committee 
& there are various new propositions ahead like employbility test 
& many more...

Yu blong to agriculture bkground so yu cn go fr RD or Mktg as default.
Howeva, it's a matter of yor interest, prospectiv career choice n aptitude to choose a program. If yu r interested in people n hv da people-skills yu cn go fr PM as well. XAT forms r out. fill 'em up. Al da best!

Being a student of PM, don't have the exact details of RD dear:lookround:(classes of different specializations run separately from the very 1st day),but all i can say is that whatever it is,its commendable...
