Dude, you don't seem to be believing anything that I say. This is your 3rd post with same content on a different thread. Type the word "GMP" on the search and plethora of existing threads will come up. Read those and also let us know if you find anything relevant other than what I have said.
Also, please post your profile here.
This is the answer to Satyensk. I can Understand ur anxiety.
In my view, the ppl who r eligible for 1 yr course sh'd take up 1 yr course as u will return to earn more in a yr.
My personal take on 2 yr. course is that it's no better than 1 yr course! With relaxed schedule spread over 2 yrs, no experienced peers, u won't learn much though u spend 2 years. (In fact, experienced guys will become restless within 8 months to return to work! These are my personal opinions being a present GMP student.).
GMP is a good choice as Lateral placements are assured by the instt for 2006 batch for non-sponsored students.
Being part of GMP here I feel it's very good. It's not just 2 years' old it dates back to 8 years in present avatar but similar course was offered as evening course earlier. So GMP has longer legacy than what's perceived.
U can take ur call once u get selected.
We are going thru submissions, tests & end terms till Feb. 15th. So u can expect details afterwards.

Hi Nitin, I need a clarification. Does GMP need a requirement of "Managerial" work-ex. or even an executive level work-ex. will do (Considering minimum 3+ years work-ex.)?

In my view 3 years xp is sufficient. (Looks like the instt. uses its discretion here.)

Since this thread is for XLRI GMP 2006-07 applicants, can you change the name to "XLRI GMP 2006-07 applicants" ? The current name "GMP" does not help much.
Dint know how to change the thread name otherwise, I would have done it myself.
Thanks.

V S K PRASAD Sayshello nitin, i got call for gmp and am keen on converting it. please write about your gmp interview during 2005
The interview was cordial one not a 'stress' interview.
Asked questions mainly about experience, why the course now, why not part time course, future plans, ethicality of exaggerated advertisements (in their view, 'lies'. My take, - it was to check how I respond to a tricky debatable question.).
Keep ur cool, steer the interview to ur strengths if possible, don't get agitated by challenging questions.
You have already crossed the elimination round.
Be confident, project positive attitude!
All the best!

well with vk prasad, aarav...it would be good combination...but i surprised to see only few people...do u have any idea that totally how many people gota call...finally how many will be in....do pm with ur mobileno and email..id...
