IIM Calcutta MBA Admission 2022 are over now. The college is now accepting applications for Executive MBA Admissions. Admission to the program is offered on the basis of GMAT Score. Further, IIM Calcutta MBA Application process is expected to start in August 2022 with the onset of CAT Application process. IIM Calcutta accepts MBA Admissions on the basis of CAT Score. The minimum cutoff required for IIM Calcutta MBA Admission remains 85 percentile. However, candidates having a 98 percentile and above score in CAT can expect a call from IIM Calcutta. From the candidates satisfying the above criteria, shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview (PI) based on the composite score derived using the components and the corresponding weights as specified above. The Composite Score will be calculated on the basis of points scored by candidates in the following aspects – Class 10 marks, Class 12 marks, Graduation score, WAT/PI, work experience and stream/gender diversity.
For IIM Calcutta MBA Admissions 2022, CAT score weightage has been reduced to 66%. The Institute has removed graduation marks as a shortlisting criterion for the PI round, while the WAT component has been entirely removed and the PI may be conducted online. The minimum cut-offs set by IIM Calcutta is likely to be the same as last year, with the overall CAT cut-off set at the 85th percentile for the General category.

IIM Calcutta Cut-off has been eased now for admission 2022. Only the candidates above the minimum cut-offs in the CAT 2021 sectional percentile ranks, the overall percentile rank and obtaining a positive (greater than zero) raw score in all sections of CAT-2021 will be considered for all the subsequent stages.

The above-mentioned CAT percentiles are the qualifying cut offs for shortlisting purpose. The actual cut off percentile will be known at the time of shortlisting process post the declaration of CAT 2021 result. The actual IIM Calcutta cut off may be higher for each category.
Candidates with less than 12 months of work experience as of January 31st, 2022 will be awarded no points for work experience, while those with 31-36 months of experience will be awarded a maximum 8 marks weightage. IIM Calcutta Admission 2022: GMAT Cut Off
Interested candidates living, working or studying outside India during the period January 1, 2021 to February 15, 2022 will be considered as ‘Overseas Candidate’ for admission to flagship MBA Programme of IIM Calcutta for 2022-24 Batch.
However, an overseas candidate who is expected to be in India during CAT 2021 scheduled on November 28, 2021 will not be eligible to apply under the overseas category.
