NIT Delhi Admission Process
National Institute of Technology, Delhi, which is also known as NITD offers various degree courses at Undergraduate, postgraduate and Doctorate levels in the Engineering and Technology disciplines.
Admission to B.Tech program is done on the basis of JEE Main scores. NITD takes admission to M.Tech courses with a valid GATE score.
For NIT Delhi PhD admission candidates need to appear in the entrance test conducted by the NITs followed by an interview.

NIT Delhi Admission Highlights
- NIT Delhi admission criteria for UG level B.Tech courses is that the candidates must have passed 10+2 in PCM with 75% marks from a recognized board. And 65% for SC or ST Candidates. Along with JEE Main scores and followed by JoSAA counselling process.
- NIT Delhi eligibility for PG level M.Tech courses, students are admitted to the program on the basis of marks scored in GATE exams and applicants should have B.Tech with 60% aggregate in all semesters and for SC or ST category 55% marks in aggregate. Selection is done bt CCMT counselling.
- For NIT Delhi PhD admission, all applicants must have a two-year of M.Tech degree with graduation in Engineering and minimum 60% marks and for ST or SC candidates 55% aggregate.

NIT Delhi Admission Procedure
UG Course
To get admission in undergraduate Bachelor of Technology course, the candidates need to pass 10+2 in PCM with 75% marks (65% for SC/ ST) from a recognized board. On the basis of JEE Main followed by counselling, the final selection is done.

PG Course
To secure a seat in postgraduate Master of Technology programme the applicants must have a B.Tech with 60% aggregate in all semesters (55% marks in aggregate for SC/ ST/ Others). On the basis of GATE score followed by CCMT counselling, the final selection is done.

Doctoral Course
For getting admission in PhD programme the aspirants must have a two-year of M.Tech with graduation in Engineering and minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ ST/ Others). Final selection is done on the basis of written test followed by an interview organised by NIT Delhi.
