SJMSOM IIT Bombay has recently concluded the placement drive for its 2020-22 batch with a 100% placement record. The batch has achieved the highest ever salary package this year. Recruiters came from various sectors. Among all the sectors, Consulting, FMCG / Manufacturing sectors dominated the placement drive. Major recruiters included JP Morgan, ICICI Bank, Infosys Consulting, KPMG Global Services, PwC India, Wipro, MAQ Software and many more.
The 2022 final placement report has been released. According to the report, the highest salary package which stood at INR 49 LPA in 2022, increased by 49.39% (approx.) compared to last year. The 2020-22 batch received an average salary of INR 25.9 LPA which again increased by 18.1% compared to the previous year.
The final report of SJMSOM Summer Internship Placements 2022 has also been released. According to the report, 41 recruiters visited the campus & all the participating 111 students received internship offers. The highest stipend stood at INR 3.2 Lakhs per month. An average stipend of INR 2.06 Lakhs per month was received.

During the recent placement drive at SJMSOM campus, the participating batch has achieved a 100% placement rate. 43 recruiters along with 11 first-time recruiters visited the campus. Major recruiters included JP Morgan Chase, Nomura, Yes Bank, Infosys Consulting, Sun Pharma etc. Students received 65 Pre-placement offers. The number of pre-placement offers increased by 44.4% compared to the previous year.
The highest salary package increased to INR 49 LPA. An average salary of INR 25.9 LPA was received. The median salary stood at INR 25.8 LPA.
Most of the offers came from Consulting, FMCG / Manufacturing, E.Commerce / IT sectors. Job roles were offered in functions like Deal Analytics, IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Analytics Management, Sales & Marketing and many more.
