RCOEM Admission Process

Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management is a private autonomous college in Maharashtra, which offers various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in different branches. Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management admission is granted strictly on the basis of merit list by following the guidelines provided by the competent authority of the Government of Maharashtra.

For lateral entry in B.Tech course, the candidate must pass 10th grade along with the diploma course of three years in any related discipline. The candidate needs to sit for the entrance exam of college in order to get admitted in the 2nd year of B.Tech course.

For getting admission in RCOEM, students must score more than the cut-off in MHT-CET or JEE Main, in order to take admission in BE course. For getting admission in M.Tech course, the candidate must score at least 50% in their B.Tech and must also score higher than the cut-off in GATE Examination.

RCOEM Nagpur Admission Highlights

  • For taking admission in B.Tech programmes, candidates must pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised board with at least a score of 50 percentile and must get a decent score in JEE Mains or MHT-CET.
  • For admission in M.Tech programmes, candidates must complete their B.Tech course in any relevant branch from a recognised university. Along with a minimum score of 50% in B.Tech, the candidate must sit for the GATE examination.
  • For PhD courses, the candidates need to have a passing score in the M.Tech or M.E. programme in any suitable department from a recognised university. Further, the candidate needs to sit for the entrance examination of RCOEM, for taking admission in PhD courses.
