my interview is on 23 rd at 9 am at IFMR chennai ... by what time can i expect it to get over?? coz i have my train at 2 pm .. will i be able to make it ?? snrs pls reply.. TOI
I had undergone the procedure at BIM Trichy, on 16th. The procedure was smooth and fast. I was done in 2hours. The worst you can expect is 4hours.. The schedule is flexible.Talk to the faculty in charge and make sure that you are there in the list of first few names... Plan accordingly:-)
Need some help here....I Have my interview in Chennai at 2:00 PM slot and I have to travel from Delhi on the same day in morning. I would be reaching around 12:00 I am planning to take formals with me and travel in casual and change at the venue. Can you please let me know the time it takes to reach venue fro Airport?

The report would be out in another 2-3 days . There were a lot of marketing profiles which were offered . To quote a few we had Google , Cavin Kare , Wipro consumer care , Mahindra holidays , ITW , F& S , Madison , Redington , BAFL etc offering summers for marketing .
Hi Puys, I'd my interview today on 9.00Am in Trichy Campus...I was there half an hour before scheduled..Then we were asked to sit in an hall for certificate verification..We have sign one form at the first to indicate out presence...Then each one of us were called up and the faculties over there verified the certificates..The certificates needed are CAT score card,consolidated mark sheet and community certificate(if applicable)..Then we were split up into groups for GD and PI...I was made to attempt GD initially...In our group there was around nine people and there was two profs to evaluate us...The GD topic given to us was "Shashi Tharoor resignation is correct or not"..We were given 18mins to speak about the topic..All of us spoke well...:):)Then each one was provided a sheet in that we have summarize the topic..Five mins were alloted to it..Then I came for the interview..Most of the questions were asked from the form that we have filled up and given...Some of the other questions are 1.Name of IBM's supercomputer? 2.Head of ISRO? 3.Name some pepsi and coca cola products? 4.What is Standard deviation,variance? and some more were asked also...Overall it took around three hours for the entire process....ATB puys!!!!!!!!Do well!!!!!!!!

hi Guys, I m done with GD/PI. Quite different from wat i expected. Totally organised by faculty(surprised to see no students were involved). And they speak mostly in tamil. For a change a had my interview first and then GD. Interview was simple, if freasher they test Engineering subjects; if experienced jus work ex. Some had current affairs too. My GD was abstract, out of 8 only 3 of us spoke. And it was a bit difficult for 3 to speak for 20 min. We ran out of points and finally concluded. We had to write a summary of the GD which is the written assessment. IMPORTANT: OBC certificate will not be accepted. Only BC community certificate with Tamil Nadu will be accepted. Also carry your CAT scorecard. ALL THE BEST !!!

Was your PI/GD conducted during forenoon or afternoon. Was only TamilNadu BC folks called in or MBC too called? (You would have caught some idea from the sheet you signed na).... Thanks in advance

PI's is there for everyone who is shortlisted. No official announcement regarding when the final selection list will be announced. Most probably it will be put up in the college website !!

So let us wait hopefully..... Puys.... No more ques about the results.... Because even the seniors will not be able to help us.... As the final years have left the college and the first years have gone for their summers.... Hostel and mess are closed... So.. No other go other than waiting.....

The Airport and the Institute are close by. So no need to worry... It will @max take 1 hour. By all means you should be able to reach the venue by 1.30. ATB
