While registering for XAT I did not mention any associate institutes. The names were not showing up.But I would like to apply to XIMB. Any idea puys wat to do now?? Also wanted to apply to both the courses BM and PMIR for XLRI.But chose only one course.Didnt know that the PMIR course was renamed as HRM. Now since fees have been paid is there any way these can be rectified? Failed to contact the helpline.
1.it doesn't matter whether u choose any institution during xat registration,u have 2 separately apply 4 ur desired institution.so if i'm not wrong u will get chance 2 apply 4 ximb !! 2.i don't think dis can be redone, but u can call their helpline 4 further assistance.seniors & puys enlighten this with ur views !!

I don't think so that it will be like last time. I mean, there is no provision on the website at least.
For those who have paid online, I think they would be notified when they receive the prospectus and all. So that is one way that happens by default.
For others, I guess, it will be admit card day i.e. 18th December that would confirm that.
P.S. How do you know that your application reached?

what is the form asking about graduation percentage for a 4 year graduation stream? Is it the aggregate percentage or the last 2 years percentage or the final year percentage. Also, do we have to select our interview centre right now?
I was registering Xat form and i was confused that will I be charged for selecting the institutes in the list or not. So, I called up the Xat enquiry number 1800 103 1123 and the executive told me that no there will be No charges if you select any intitute, it is to send your score to the prospective institute. After this I filled up the form and tried to pay. Fortunately, the payment didn't go through because my account doesn't have that much balance.
let me tell to all the puyys....dnt trust them!!! Its my experince I was lucky enough that my paymnet didnt go throgh but you might not be.
But when the transaction declied it showd a sum of 94416...as i have selectd all the institutes.....????
That's just not possible. If it really did show that amount, I guess there's some error and you should wait some time before applying again. You could chose the Axis Bank / DD option (as they would be much safer than the online payment method in this case)

Now in the PA form it is showing that programs applied are for BM and Human resource management. I guess it was a wrong information tat PMIR was renamed as HRM. Never wanted to apply for HR. Guys, I am facing a problem, after filling the form and downloading the pdf challan fee, on the confirmation, its showing no institute under the selected institutes headline, is that normal? I selected 3-4 institutes
Just called the helpline no I asked if I can apply to XIMB since I have not selected it as an associate institute while applying. The executive told me that once payment has been made it is no more possible to edit and hence I will not be able to apply to XIMB.:-(:-(

PMIR - Personnel Management & Industrial Relations. Best HR course in Asia. This year they have renamed the course to HRM WHICH MEANS Human Resource Management. Hence your payment slip showed that you have applied to two courses - BM & Human Resource Maanagement.

yes there is a way. if u did sent ur stuff thru courier or speed post, they give u number 2 track it. the no. is probably on the receipt copy. try it, hp it helps !! best of luck !!
