What exactly are you confused about? And what it has to do with your average acads?
seniors can you please tell me that whether waitlist people will receive the waitlist letters rite now.... or they will receive final convert letters only after their conversion

You will not receive the wait list letter right now. You will get a letter in both hard and soft copy when you convert the call. I hope it clarifies your doubt.

hey ron02 what you can do is to start a separate Pagalguy thread regarding profile of your batch but I would suggest you wait till the first waitlist as you also know that many people are going to forfeit their admissions and thus the picture will a bit clear after 1st waitlist as who all are going to join SiBM,Pune.

The thinking is Profile does matter at the time of plcmnt .Currently i m working IT industry for last 14 months and wen cmpnies visit the campus dey shortlist student based on dere profiles.So i am bit scared abt plcmt scenario and want to know whethr IT cmpies cm to campus or not and and on what basis dey shortlist and what type of profile dey offer:lookround:.Secondly i am confused whether i wnt to do MBA dis year or try for nxt yr.Senior can clear my doubts further.

I can answer the first part of your query. We are supposed to select our specializations 45 days after the commencement of the course in June.

Unlike many other top b-schools this is the USP of SIBM-P (barring SPJIMR, wherein candidates have to specify their specialization at the time of form-filling itself). This definitely provides one the much needed edge over others if one is clear regarding choice of his/her specialization. 😃

Also is it that if 2 ppl are at waitlist 10 then there will be no person on waitlist 11.. directly waitlist 12?
Out of curiosity just want to know how many ppl are ahead of me... as in 108 ppl in the initial list and then the 10 waitlist ppl.... correct me if i am wrong?

There is no further action required from your end till 20th March
You can hope for the wait list to move as fast as possible. By the way looking at your wait list no#10, I don't think you should really bother yourself with the second part of your query. :)

One query my bank has no provision for entering name and snap ID in the message box but they will provide me RTGS number which i can mail dem further with other details.So senior plz advise me what to do in this case.
