Sharing for those who might not have read the series, an alum of IIM Indore's one year full time MBA (EPGP) has been writing in the Business Standard on the one year mba in India.

While the focus of his series is the course as it exists at IIMs, I think it speaks volumes for all all such courses in India and can be helpful to all students looking to pursue a one year MBA in India.

Thought i would share with fellow puys.

Dear Sir,

I am an international passport holder. On ISB's Admissions page, the offer date for International applicants is listed as "within three weeks from the interview". I just wanted to clarify if this timeline is adhered to.

International applicants should expect to hear from us in next few days. Volume has contributed to some delays in meeting the timeline in some cases, our sincere apologies for the same.

Please have a look at the application portal for the dates by each interview location > under 'Admission Important Dates'. For Hyderabad, interviews shall continue until 10 Feb. Interviewees are informed 5-7 days in advance.
@ISB.Admissions
Hi i have applied for admission in 2013, as a re-applicant, though I haven't received an interview call yet. I have a solid profile, with great Acads and GMAT score
Is there any hope for one soon, or should I stop waiting?
Thanks

@ISB.Admissions Hi Mr Kannan, I have heard that people with less than 2 years of work ex usually get call after 15th feb.. is that true..?
Sir I m applying for YLP- Could I get some direction on how to go about the video essay and resume ? Does pursuing B.COM Honours from St.Xaviers College,Kolkata along with passing IPCC ( CA Inter) help my resume ? How to differentiate my profile if I am from Finance i.e B.COM background ?
@ISB.Admissions
Dear Mr.Kannan,
I am also applying for YLP. I have started my online application. I am working on my video essay and resume , and would welcome some tips and guidance regarding that.

Regards,
Shikhar

Dear Sir,

According to the student e-profile of 2013, 3% of the class is from the healthcare industry. But the actual number of students from healthcare is 12 instead of 23. Can you please explain? Also, the number of students from healthcare seems decreasing from 2012 class to 2013 class. Your comments on this please?

Thanks in advance
