@ash8ashok said: Dear Sir,I have 2 patents pending to my name from Controller General of patents,India. I would like to show them in my profile while applying to ISB.However, since they are in a pending state, they will not reflect in the Patent search website. But I have an official certificate/acknowledgement from the Controller General of patents regarding this.My question is would this acknowledgement be sufficient in case of your verifications etc ? or is there anything extra in particular, that ISB admission committee will be needing ?ThankYou !
@sudhir3127 said: Hello Sir,Thanks for this initiative. Really very helpful for prospective students. ISB Application mentions "We need proof of income only for your recent employment. Please upload pdf scan of your last drawn salary slip and Annual CTC Statement ".Most companies never mention the bonus element as a part of CTC. What is that ISB specifically looking in this? An offer documents?

@ISB.Admissions said:You can either upload most recent payslip where bonus was paid out or just upload the annual CTC statement as is. We understand that sometimes bonus may not be specified in these statements.
Hi sir,
I am preparing for GMAT. I have few concerns.
1) Do frequent switches from one company to other effects admissions at ISB?
2) How much company profile matters (i.e candidate working with BIG4 companies will have additional advantage over a candidate working with other companies? or the quality of work matters)..
3) Do switching from BIG4 companies to other companies effects admissions in ISB.
Please guide and suggest. It will great help.
Thanks in advance.
Hello sir, any idea on the number of applications in R1 vs R2..how many seats are we competing for in R1? I read somewhere that it's close to 300 seats.
@lakshmilucky said:Sir, In my case, there are several other monetary benefits which are not mentioned in salary slip, like reimbursement of house rent, petrol expense & many other. What is the purpose behind asking for salary slip????

Dear Sir,
@pg.jitinbabu said: Dear Sir,I know you have already touched base on this particular query, but wanted some more clearance..My line manager who I had been reporting to for the last 2 years has left the organization to start something of her own. Now she doesnt have any official iD as she is currently not working anywhere and it be sometime before she starts her own firm..To this, you had responded to fill her personal id for evaluations (recommendations) sake.. BUT DO I NEED TO INFORM THE ISB ADCOM BEFORE I SEND THE EVALUATION REQUEST ON HER PERSONAL ID?Also I am working is a capital market firm where I am handling a particular book size and services my clients regarding their portfolio.. I would like to take a recommendation from one such client.. Now this client works as a CEO of another firm.. and he can fill the form from his official id as well.. BUT MY CONCERN IS, IS THERE A NEED TO TELL THE ADCOM BEFORE HAND THAT THIS PARTICULAR ID IS MY CLEINT'S AND NOT SOMEONE FROM THE SAME COMPANY AS ME?ALSO DOES MY CLIENT NEED TO ATTACH SOME DOCUMENT TO PROVE THAT I AM ACTUALLY THE GUY WHO IS SERVICING HIM.. CAUSE THERE IS ALWAYS CHANCE OF MANIPULATION HERE..I am being doubly cautious because I dont want the adcom doubt my app and reject it before I can validate myself before hand..
@ISB.Admissions said:Under the Evaluation section of our application form, there is an Offline option. Please choose this option, provide the unofficial email id and other details as required.Your client is also welcome to provide an evaluation, so long as you use his current official email id. We believe your information and that provided by your evaluator as to the nature of your past professional relationship. You do not have to submit additional documentary proof about that relationship.**It is important to start early on the evaluation process to ensure that all materials are received on time for the application deadline**
