@rishiinked dude, i am also applying for fms this time with the same score, so can only speculate.
work-ex MIGHT increase your chances of having a good pi. A cursory glance through the last year's thread has showed me that the interview is pretty much panel dependent. For instance, a guy with close to 18 months work ex (as an analyst in a research firm + CFA level 1) was asked nothing about finance or his work. If you look at Vineet Jain's interview experience, it actually went a little towards work-ex. So i guess its all panel dependent.
As far as the score taking precedence is concerned, I dont think its a major driving factor unless u have an extremely high score. An extremely good GDPI will ensure selection irrespective of ur score..

18th March GD/PI assume kar k ticket book kar liya.. FMS registration number 300 se niche hai, hope calculation sahi ho jaaye..
And puys do not expect PI scheduling list till monday evening..

@ravi2raj haan bhai.. wohi number.. general category me hu.. ek to 18th ayega nahi toh 24th.. last year ascending gaye the FMS..
@ravi2raj 18th ko hoga toh 17th ka kia hai..
@MassiveDynamic There r PSUs that r govt. organizations just for name....otherwise work hr.s r as hectic or may be more than that of Pvt. Organizations...
@happy3475 When I was placed in a PSU the only thing shown to us was CTC and the way the PSUs contribute to national growth....After working like dogs for >3 yrs the only thing I wonder about is my in hand salary and how the PSU job contributes to my frustration growth...poor and helpless job.........................
Now seriously! flight tickets for the interview will cost me more than the yearly fees of FMS if I make it!
