I can consider applying to SCIT. But they have mentioned the last date of 1st installment payment as 18th march - pretty early! The pre-induction program is on 19th march & the program commences on 5th july.
In the event of qualifying to some other college, What if I choose to cancel my SCIT admission between 19th march to 5th july? Will SCIT Deduct the pre induction fees of rs. 35,000/- ?

Hi Sushil , Some of the profiles which are offered for System and SSM specialization are Business Consultants , Business Analyst , ERP consultants ,and profiles related to IT Project Management.
Mostly , depending upon their work experience and/or interest students select their specialization.
just wanted to ask the seniorsis there any scope doing mba in it???? as mba finance and hr is very much popularas per the future aspects after 4-5 years from now is it beneficial doing mba it???
If your interest lies in IT , then there is scope in doing MBA in IT.
Doing MBA in IT is not just about IT per se, but knowing the business perspective of IT.
There have been example of SCIT alumnis who have achieved high positions in big MNCs and at the same time there have been alumnis who have set up their own IT businesses.They have set examples for others, so there is no doubt about the scope and benefits of MBA in IT.
I would suggest you to decide based on your interest .
@B.A.M. Yes. it definitely will. Your certification projects the fact that you have stable skill sets in the respective domains. This also proves that you are technically sound in these areas and thus would have an advantage during your interviews if quizzed on the domains you have certified. However, there are no explicit brownie-points for certifications. It is just an enhancement of your overall profile. 😃
Hi SCIT people, I am having 1.8 years of experience in IT (small scale does it matter?)and i am expecting score of 90-95 in this year SNAP exam.I have two issues of concern. The average package and the position got by students especially experienced? I visited SCIT site and saw average package 7.50....is it true?? and what is the median package? Also please tell me the profiles which student got.??????.(sorry if iam offending someone,i have no intention of doing that,just a curious aspirant) 2. how good is SCIT as a brand in long run....i want to know about its alumni base...please let me know if there is any link??? I have a problem here..I have made a payment as a registration fee via internet banking on SCIT registration page. But the the status is still showing "Not Paid"
I need to know whether it takes time to get updated or it shows suddenly that the fee is paid.
