SCIT offers a degree in ITBM...which has 4 major specializations. 1.Systems.2.Information Security.3.Software solutions and 4.IT Infrastructure management. You have Core subjects every semester and electives which have to be chosen from among the 4 specializations given above.For more details on the academics please visit this link.

@srikanthm1987 Hey...Need your help as i have entered my DOB 4th instead of 14th(My "1" key betrays me some time), now while filling the form for SCIT, i have realized the typo, how can i edit the one . I found no options for the edit the form, side by. I have shooted a mail to [email protected] on the same. Can you let me know what to do now as i need to fill up the forms with the same date itself or should i wait for the correct DOB. help please.......!!!!

@srikanthm1987 Okay ...As SCIT have last date of 26th, we just have to register online. If i am correct we don't have send any forms and declarations to the college....?

You dont have to send anything to the college if you pay by credit/debit card.Just fill up the form online before 26th Dec.

im zero as far as coding and programming is concerned
is it that if u do not knw coding scit is not the place for u??? please help me ... is the course offered related to programing????

how are the placements are they 100%
and it is written on the website that avg for freshers is 6.86 is it true????

The course at SCIT is focused more on techno-managerial studies . So you would find less of technical (in this case coding) and more on management aspect of IT .

Regarding placements , you may refer to the stats available on SCIT's website for the batch 2010-2012. The data for this year would be available as soon as the placement process for current batch gets over.

i have refferd to the placements but i want to knw that all are saying that last year cutoff was 33 marks..than how come pakage be close to 7 for freshers????

10th-68,12th-65,b.tech-74 and having 3 years of experience of the Banking and finance field as
assistant credit manager.Now expecting SNap score- 70 to 80.What to do as per my exp can i apply to SCIT or either i should not apply??please revert me.....

cutoff and avg package are two different things.. cutoff is determined by students interest while avg package is determine by company interest :p

Hi , your have a decent profile , your work experience enhances your profile , which will give you the edge . As for the Snap score , with the percentile system nothing can be predicted .
I suggest you apply .
