Getting an MBA degree is not an expenditure but an investment.
Agreed that an IT person can easily make 40+ per month but after a certain time the growth becomes stagnant. And, after all, MBA is just not for those 42k per month that you have estimated. It helps you evolve as a better person and a better manager. It entirely depends on how you perceive the course and the two years of experience.

And, one more thing, I doubt that you have to pay 1.8 times the principal amount. Though, I am not sure of the same, I'll check and get back on this.
Had that been the case, institutes that charge 15Lakh+, you'll have to pay around 23-24lakhs after education?! I seriously doubt.

I have chosen SCIT above other institutes, just because I am an IT engg graduate with a good amount of work experience in the same field. So I think, if i further do my MBA in systems from SCIT, then this will provide me a good platform for my career in functional consulting in IT.
But, the posts of @learner28 have brought a lot of ques in my mind.
Isn't SCIT's placements report audited by crisil, like sibm, scmhrd and other symbiosis institutes?
How good is the institute for ppl having work experience more than 2.5 years?
How MBA in IT is different from other streams for consulting in a long run?
Also, every time somebody asks about placements, he/she come across the same ans that, 'placements are much depend on how you perform here', this is skeptical for me, doesn't their profile matters during placements?
I understand, it's so easy for any xyz to post wrong claims in a public forum, but we aspirants have a lot at stake at this juncture of life. So, please help us to make a better decision.

and yeah, i do agree to what Rahul said and would ask some senior/faculty from the college specially to come in here and clear the clouds.

I am not sure if I am correct but can you please check on the CRISIL Part,
I am afraid that SCIT's placement reports are not audited by CRISIL as of now. At the moment, only SCMHRD's reports get audited.
