Migration certificate is issued by the university from which you have graduated.It is basically used when you are transferring between 2 different universities.In this case between the university from which you have or going to graduate and symbiosis international university...
you can approach your college/university from which you have graduated..they will guide you as to how to obtain it...

Candidates are admitted provisionally to the MBA ITBM program at SCIT under SIU on joining SCIT. Candidates will need to apply for getting final eligibility certificate from the Symbiosis International University. It is the responsibility of the student to ascertain whether they possess the requisite qualifications for admission. Having been admitted provisionally does not mean acceptance of eligibility. Final eligibility for admission will be decided by Symbiosis International University.
