Migration certificate, What is it? and will be provided by whom?

When a student of university A, either enrolled in an affiliated college or registered with the university A, wishes to leave the University to join any other University/Board for prosecuting any course of study, he/she has to obtain a migration certificate from University A.
In short, if your last education was from a university other than Symbiosis International University (SIU), then you will have to obtain the migration certificate from your respective university. And this is applicable to all the candidates taking admission in SCIT.

That would be fine. For your work experience, right now you may submit the last three salary slips and the offer/ joining letter.

To give a brief abt me :- I am working as a S/W Engg in IT MNC for 36 mths now. 10th :- 67%, DIplimaIT ;- 62% BE :- 55%(Aggr all sems)
I am giving SNAP13 and willing to do MBA in IT. I have a few queries whch I thot u all would be best able to resolve as far as SCIT is concerned! 😁 :)
1. Considering my profile abve, do I stnd a chance to get in SCIT given my low acad 😁 What could be the SNAP cut off next yr?(Predictive)
2. What is the avg package I cold expct?
3. Does SCIT encourge students to participate in National/Intl level events?
4. What is the total fees fr 2 yrs? :)
5. Qs abt ROI :D. Is it worth it to join SCIT? (Very General Qs but considering my profile and sal of 5 lacs PA currently)
Any help is highly appreciated !

1. Acads are low but yes you have a good profile which is closely related to IT 
. SNAP 2013 : Difficult to predict anything right now 😃 It all depends on number of applicants and level of difficulty

3. Yes. We have lot of students participating in National Events. Especially SCIT is famous for its quizzers 😃 , Just to mention the latest we also have a team qualified for final round of the "Ernst & Young - the EY Knowledge quiz." where around 2000 Teams have participated in the preliminary round.
4. Total Fees is around 8 Lakhs for 2 years
5. It depends on what you want to be working on or in, once you finish your MBA. If you want to move into a different role from coding/programming like business analysis/system analysis then MBA in IT BM will help you do that. If you want to move from a systems domain to information security domain then again MBA ITBM will help you do that. So there is definitely there is a lot of career paths which you can choose once you join MBA at SCIT.

Leave the university?? as in quits his present admission to join some other college right?? does this also apply to someone who has completed his graduation ?? would he also need to submit this migration certificate????

As I have already mentioned, submission of migration certificate is applicable to all irrespective of the year of graduation completion, fresher or work experience. Hope this clears your doubt.

Check with your university. Many Universities have an online procedure for issuing the migration certificate.
This is a generic practice required to be followed by all the universities in India, so your college/University wouldn't mind issuing the migration certificate.
