I have mentioned my 10th percentage as 92.2 in CAT form. But now when i calculate my percentage, it is coming to 92.13%, though it is not mentioned anywhere in marksheet. Will it be a problem?

Is it okay to get one recommendation from college, one from my internship as part of CA, and one from a supplier of my business. my referee facing problem "your passcode expired, contact applicant". But in my applicant window there is no option of resending. what should I do?
I am facing problem in uploading the scanned copies of graduation certificates. I do not see the "UPLOAD" option in the form but without uploading it is not allowing me to save the page.
I have tried filling it in internet explorer and mozilla but same problem persists.

Should the SOP be handwritten, scanned and uploaded .? Or should we just type it ? There are dotted lines given in the PGP_SOP.doc file which suggest it should be handwritten. Please clarify. Thanks.
For 10th and 12th even though we have to upload score sheet.. my state board gives a statement of marks and one certificate.. the problem is that the statement of marks of 12th has 2 digit codes for the subjects instead of their names and backside has the subjects corressponding to the codes.. though certificate has subject names and marks.. i am confused as to what should I upload as proof? Can anyone help?
How would we know whether the referee has sent completed the form?

For reference what would be better? Reference from a Professional(from workplace) or Professor from Graduation College? I have work experience of 19 months till date. Is it fine if I give reference from a professor considering I don't want to tell my boss about all this?

I have 3.5 years of work experience. So should i explain my achievements at work, or would you reckon i showcase other aspects of my personality too? [eg: Extra currics/ hobby / Activities] ?
