to all the people who are either preparing or have given the GMAT!
My only concern regarding GMAT are the CR & RC questions. I have referred manhattan guides, OG verbal 2nd edition, OG 13th edition & Kaplan books for theory and practice questions. To my very understanding of the subject I could only make out that it there is no theory for CR & RC. With 37minutes and 75 questions it becomes hell chaotic to understand the content and answer. Can anyone help with how to crack the CR & RC questions?

I have already done my MBA from Symbiosis , Pune ( full time course and have a work experience of around 3 n half years) . i am planning to go for GMAT ..but i am confused should i go for executive mba or full time mba course (1 year) offered by few colleges. kindly suggest as need to start preparing as well.

i need help regarding how to start preparing for GMAT. i am new to GMAT and have no clue as to what material or coaching to go for. Any help in this regard would be great. ๐ TIA
Date - 1st April, 2014 - Test 1 from GMAT Prep- 600 - Q(49), V (23) {Missed 2 questions each in quants and verbal}
Date - 2nd May, 2014 - Test 1 from GMAT Prep(TM) - 650 - Q(49), V (30) {In verbal could not even see the last 5 questions ๐ }
After preparing for one month an increase of just 50 points... ๐ ๐ ๐ Need to work really hard if I want to touch 740+..
@saurav205@Shankeyp & others -- any tips on increasing the speed and concentration level during the verbal section... in the verbal section when i was on the 21st question, something happened and it felt as if there is a short circuit in my brain... in the first 21 questions there were only 3 wrongs and after that i could not concentrate only.. or else could have easily touched 700 today.. ๐

I am unable to download the free gmat software from mba.com..Every time i try to download it ,it says that the file is corrupt..I want to give the free tests to know where i stand as of now..Can anyone pls help me out regarding what might be the problem?

after that i was working as a Quant faculty in a coaching center
rite now i am Asst Manager in SBI
will be a branch manager in next 1 year and so on
i feel my job profile is quite diff and many other things here i will be working in Forex/Credit/ and even retail operations so profile building won't be an issue
so my 1st ques is in case i go for GMAT and i convert a clg which is Top 100 what are the ways by which i can afford high tuition fee because right nw i am not hving 1 penny and i dnt want to talk anything from my parents
and 2nd is i might be posted in the interiors of Gujarat and for me it wont b poss 2 attend any coaching classes so is there any Online courses thru wich i can prep???????
i am new to this forum. I am wondering if there is a reference to all the schools with their admission timelines. I am also interested to know that ranking of the universities with the subject areas they specialize in.
