hello puys..i gave my cat on 5th nov n attempted
sec 1-15..with one wrong
sec 2-21..with 90% accuracy
..my acads are:X-69.6
XII-68.4(PCM)
B.TECH (IT-2012)-68.6
can anyone plz tell me that the clgs which take cat n xat score n have their last date after the results r declared ...since their r so many clgs and i have some money issue so cannot fill all of them

@BRIJESHMISHRA You can expect a percentile of 97+.

Consider applying to NITIE, FMS, XIMB, and if MBA is a compulsion this year then few among MIB/MHROD, MFC/MBE, IMT, IMI as backups (Just based on cut off's. Further research on whether institute matches your requirements is up to you).

After results you can apply to IIT's, KJSOM, BIM T etc.

sir are you sure with 36 attempts one can get 95%tile? .. I had 45 attempts in with 90% accuracy .. i got 95.XX .. not sure how you guys predict percentiles :)

@abhimukh19 Sir, nothing is sure and its not prediction! Its a tentative thing to decide/find which institutes to apply. How else does one choose institutes to apply?

And all the comments given here are with the DISCLAIMER, that it is up to the individual to decide whether to apply to the institutes suggested or not. We're not canvassing or asking them to apply for sure! If you read through, you'll see that we're suggesting them to consider those options! :D

@abhimukh19 Well as long as the users here are NOT comfortable or sensible enough to use google to find out & judge for themselves, they are ready to go by what we say here.

It is not misleading anyone, but just something we're doing for them since they're not ready to do it for themselves to be sure about it!!

I think i was happy with earlier type of posts .. which said if you are expecting this XX.XX percentile .. you should fill this college ...

I know the disclaimers and all sir but we all know what happens when aspirants don't get what they expect :D

I had done my BE in Mechanical discipline and is having 3 years of work-ex as of now in manufacturing industry in production planning and control department.
My particulars are as follows:
Xth - 72.8
XIIth - 73.4
BE - Honors degree with 72% marks
Good participation in college events and national events also. Participating in National level events as volunteer now also
During 3 years of experience, I had changed one company and now CTC is 5.4L.

I want to do MBA in operations.

What does you all suggest to me after considering factors like workex of me (48months at time of admission), already 25 in age, ctc etc..??
Regular MBA or Executive MBA..?

Please guide which colleges should i apply to..?

@abhimukh19 But the problem is people asking questions here don't know or try to find out themselves how much do they expect (As a matter of fact, no one can find that or estimate it!). So then as usual, like we all have done, its only a "Wheel-of-Fortune" running here, and leave everything to chance/luck.

And yes, we all know what happens when one doesn't get what one expects. But then no one can sit back and think, "Once results come I'll apply", because by then the good & moderately good institutes will already have closed their doors!! Toh aur kya karein?
