Well applying to any B-school depends most on the score you get... If you are interested in operations then NITIE should be your first choice followed by IIT B D SCMHRD KJ SOM...
You have a decent CTC so going for executive mba will be a good choice...you can also try GMAT for better options...hope this helps...
what percentile can i expect on a raw score of 98-99 ?? section 1 raw score 46-47 section 2 raw score 51-52 can i expect 98 -99 %ile??? accordingly i will apply to fms .... please help :)

Consider applying to MIB/MHROD, MFC/MBE, IMI, IMT. Few IITs, TAPMI, BIM T after CAT results are announced. Do further research on the institutes to check their eligibility criteria, weightage on acads etc. (since your acads are low), and also other parameters you may have like location, placements, faculty etc. and then choose where to apply.
@Guru1989 Once again, this is not just for you but for all posting here..
Read through the last 10 pages (or 20-30 pages) in this thread and you'll get an idea of how much percentile you can get. Someone with similar/almost same attempts, accuracy, raw score etc. must have already asked this.
So you can judge from that. Further refer the cut off's for last 2 years, average fees for last 2 years and application deadlines link given below, do further research and arrive at tentative list of institutes to apply
@ajaygovindg I went through this thread....i just thought u ll b having clear knowledge to predict my score.....neverthless thanks for guidance................
Just that there is 180 pages of content here with so many puys giving recommendations. If you read through at least 20-30 pages (or maybe 50 at max) one should be getting an answer.
And no one has "clear" knowledge here. What we're saying here is just an estimation, which anyone can do!
You have a very good attempt & accuracy. You can definitely expect 98+. Consider applying to FMS & NITIE and then after results are announced you can look out for IIT B and IIT D. You may also land up with few IIM calls.
@akshay2005 Weightage on acads at FORE is 12%. So if you can compensate for it in GD-PI then it is a decent option to consider as backup, just in case these predictions (or whatever one may call it) doesn't turn out to be so!! You can also consider BIM T, UBS, LBSIM as backup options for worst case scenario. Refer the individual helpdesk threads to know/ask more.
If cut off drops then XIMB MAY give you a call. But then not sure! Also check out acads criteria to see if it is possible for you!
@Guru1989 Yeah but then the problem is when people take that help for granted, like what is happening here!! No efforts from self, but expectations for everything to be in a platter in front of them!!
No offence meant against anyone, but time and again trying to convince or force everyone to do research and take a stand by self!!
@akshay2005 It depends on the individual. In my opinion all Tier II institutes are one and the same. Each with its own pros and cons. It is left to you to compare it with your requirements, expectations etc. from doing an MBA and taking an informed choice whether to join in a particular institute or not.
Not necessarily once! There are people who go on to do a second MBA degree (mostly outside India) after working for 4-5yrs or more! And I know people who have done that after passing out from many institutes including the ivy league ones like IIMs, IIFT etc.!! MBA from a Tier II institute MAY not be what one perceives it to be - A shortcut to big money! It is in fact a life of toil and hard work after that also!
