1. In the range of 90-95 : MFC, MBE, MIB, MHROD, IIT K, IIT R, IIT Madras, NIT T, KJ-Som, etc

2. In the range of 90-85 : FMS BHU, UBS, etc.

These are the b-schools where marketing as a specialization is very good

SIBM pune
IMI,delhi
IMT,ghaziabad
NIRMA
MDI

#IIM and XLRI have been excluded bcoz in them every specialization is good.

1. All the courses at GIM are equivalent.

2. Some of the marketing in house faculties are very renowned at GIM.

3. Average Salary for the last batch at GIM is 7.87 lacs with 14.42 as highest salary.

SIOM-if you are planing to take operations.ROI is break even.
SIBM bangalore-if you are planing to take marketing.
XIME-if you are planing to take Marketing.ROI is average.
IFMR-if you are planing to take finance.ROI is average.

1.90-95%ile range-IIFT, FMS,IMT ghaziabad, XIMB(gen),MICA,IIT C, Great Lakes(if you have experience),KJ SOM(gen),SP Jain,IMI(gen)

2.85-90%ile range-NIRMA,KJ SOM(IB),LIBA,FORE,IFMR, IMI(HR),XIMB(HR)

The colleges providing HR are TISS, XLRI, MDI-HR, SCMHRD, IMT-G HR, IMI-HR et al. I might have missed few names but there are not many giving specialization in HR.

According to me the T.I.M.E %ile is more accurate because the the no.of students appearing for AIMCAT are greater in no. as compared to PT. So it gives a result closer to reality

Different Symbi Colleges have different last dates pf application. But it is mostly before the examination.

If you are giving only CAT I would suggest that you apply to XIMB, IMI and NIRMA. Other colleges like IMT,FORE,LIBA ,KJ somaiya, IFMR,Welingkar you can apply after CAT results come out as their admission window remains open.
