@moup You would NEVER get to know/see "actual" placement reports of any institute!! Sometimes, students studying in particular institutes themselves do no have an overall idea about what is happening at their institute. Whatever they know/say will be mostly subjective based on their own experience (or purposefully made so)!! You can more or less be sure that you won't get an unbiased, neutral & TRUE picture of placements at any institute. PG is at least the best place where few seniors come forward and give at least a fair idea of things!! The rest is on you to collect facts and information, join it together and then make a decision for yourself, hoping fingers crossed that the decision pays off, because MBA these days in India is a gamble (at least in Tier II institutes). If you're lucky you make it out in flying colors (read high pay packages)!!!

PSUs have 3 major criteria..Age, Percentage, Category. Age criteria is different for different companies and they change every year. For us BPCL and HPCL had age limit of 27 on the day of joining, GAIL had 28 on DOJ, ONGC and IOCL had 30 and OIL had 29.

@sirari Some of the colleges through CAT who have their last dates after CAT result are - K. J. Somaiya, TAPMI, BIM Trichy and all IITs. Through XAT - LIBA.

It's just that it is not allowed on www.pagalguy.com . It is something similar to "we do not crap in kitchen, but it doesn't mean we can not crap in kitchen". The bottomline here is, it is something which is universally followed here. Stop beating around why comparison not allowed, why scams are compared etc etc. Just get up and get on with it.
