@kshinu16 Don't apply to SRCC unless you want to just get a degree. @avinashkrjha has given all valid points here and someone not closely associated with DU or the vicinity would tell you the same. But then the reality is something which guys who has studied in DU only knows.

i have 6 subjects in my 10th marksheet(had I.T. as a optional subject but its marks have been given on my marksheet) and i have been filling the aggrgate of these 6 subjects in all my b-school forms whereas most of the ppl would have only 5 subjects in 10th class.


i hope i am not making any mistake by adding the marks of this subject.??

From now onwards, you can go ahead with filling the aggregate of only 5 subjects. For those forms which you have already filled, it is okay. You need not worry. You can get it changed once you convert the college. All the Best.. 😃

You can go ahead for all these colleges except for may be IMI. IMI probably requires 65% in grads. Get it confirmed from the IMI Seniors in the IMI Helpdesk Thread. All the Best.. !!

1. Yes, the profile is okay (not excellent though). You can manage to get calls from the institute I mentioned.

2. For back up, you can apply to : IIT Kgp, IIT Madras, GIM Goa, TAPMI, KJ-SOM, BIM-T, LBS.. !!

Yes, chances are def there for most of the New IIM's and may be 1 or 2 Old IIM's.

Good 10th, 12th Marks and some work-ex could be added advantage along with a very high CAT Score.

It looks dicey for IIM A & B.

For rest, you def have a chance if you can score high in CAT/XAT.

For IIM C, you need to get 99.5+ %ile in CAT.

For FMS, around 99%ile going by the last year Cut Off (98.73).

For XLRI, the XAT Cut off last year was 90%ile. So a score of 95%ile in XAT would be a safe bet.
