Does FMS give much weightage 2 CAT score or acads. It will be helpful if I gt the %ages. Thnx!!!

prep is good bt my mock scores of time is between 50-85 . test funda scores r around 60-90..
this is my first nd final chance .. i wnt FMS .. very despo abt it.. bt as of nw... i am feeling negative...pls guide me ...nd suggest coleges olso..

1. Don't be desperate for anything. That could pressurise you in the Exam.
2. Be patient, positive and calm. Continue with your efforts. Analyse your Mocks Properly. Check the areas where you go wrong frequently. Practise more and more of those questions. Don't get worried about your low mock scores. CAT is a test of nerves. It is similar to T20 Cricket.
3. Based on your strengths and weaknesses, make some strategy. The strategy could be specific as per your needs. Also don't stress yourself too much.
4. As of now (Before your CAT Exam), you can apply to colleges with cut off %iles more than 80. Also check the deadline. If the deadline is Post your CAT Exam, I would suggest you to wait for it.

I am not sure but as per trends, FMS gives 70% weightage to Written Score and 30% to GD/PI.. !!!

Dont panic!! It has not led anyone to anywhere , overcome it and just focus on one thing - your goal to reach FMS - forget everything else. When you feel down, say to yourself " no matter what happens, you will reach FMS, you will prove it to yourself and to others that you can achieve heights "
Coming to the mocks, suggest you to please review few mocks, see where are you making mistakes..it it in concepts itself or in applications... work accordingly on concepts and/or application part in different topics... back your work on them with sectional tests on respective topics... then try old CAT papers and mocks!! Hopefully this should work!!

Yes, it will work for all the Govt Colleges that have reservation for SC/ST/NC-OBC. FMS is one of them.. !!
