my cat percentile is
quant= 38.5:sad:
di-= 99.5
verbal= 95
total= 95.3
do fore institute follow their sectional cutoff very strictly, or i have some chances to get the call.
plzzzzzzzzzz help.


you know sectionals are low but they follow it strictly, i guess u might face a problem to get a call due to quant score, anyway hope for the best

Your Overall seems fine as in sync with this thread but if FORE decides to go for sectionals quant may play the spoil sport . Plz refer to the mandatory dislcosure of fore and u can find it there.

Neways u never know how will be the criterea this time so just chillax!! and keep ur hopes tight..

Hi,

After sending the online downloaded application form i got a brochure from FORE. But in the brochure nowhere my form no is mentioned. There was no extra slip attached as in the case of other colleges. How do i know my form no. though i am confirmed that my form has reached and accepted as i have got the brochure

mine was the same case.. i mailed to them asking for my form no.. they just said that form no is for official use.. for any correspondence you need to provide ur cat reg no and name..

I have scored 94.44 %ile with decent sectionals..... So i m sure that i will get a call from FORE and other good instis like nirma, imi(hr), tapmi etc...

Have 25 mnths of work ex in a manufacturing firm

my sectional are way above the sectional cutoff desired in fore.

Can i expect a call, i heard that the cutoof is 90 but usually fore give call well above 90.50.

Pls help.

If we go by the mandatory disclosure on the FORE website, the cutoff for 2008-2010 was 90 percentile. Hope it helps

Going by the last year's trend, U shud get a call ..... And I will request you to go through the previous posts b4 putting a questions. The moderators are taking a lot of pain in handling our queries.... Don't just put it for the sake of it....

Don't know about LBS but you will definitely get a call from Fore(IB),

at coachin insti they say last yr it was arnd 93
n u guys on website say arnd 91 or even 90
plz confirm

Many of us will have this query in the later stage so I just thought of asking.

Finally some news from FORE people ( I actually called them up to inquire about the status of my form and got this additional info hope it will help us all)


GD/PI list will be out on 27th jan 2009 according to the admission office.
The link for the results will be put up on FORE's website , you can also get the results by calling up admission ofc.
