Hey Guys ppl here in Mumbai. Ideal book store Dadar sat that Think without ink is no longer in circulation. Can anyone tell me how to obtain it?
Hey I bought TWI book this week from Ashish Book Depot(C.S.T, D.N.Road, just next to McDonalds) its very much close to the station.:)
Hi, I need to know from which books I shud start my CAT prepartion. Please quote books for various section QA, VA, DI and RC.
Note: Please don't post books if you are not sure and don't scarp unnecessary things. Hope that would be easier for other newbies too.
I m sorry if such thread already exist but it was quite cumbersome to search and find suitable thread containing books on various sections. If other such thread containing books exist please make it sticky.
thanks in advance.

Hi I have been a guha fan u can definately refer that book ONLY for basics its very good :)
Ill share some tips nad tricks in the coming days do check this space See these tricks are gona be weird but i can assure u i scored very well in maths using them so u can use them if u feel like
Eg Geometry
PLEASE TRY IT FIRST ... i scored a 97 % in maths using this ...
Rather than using formulas try judging the answer on the basis of given diagram cos if u apply formulas out there ur wasting ur time ..... ull never complete the paper take my wrd .... Now, 9 out of 10 diagrams will be drawn to scale (so pick up any maths sum ... frm any paper )
Now 2 sides will be given and say find an angle or 3 side
BY PURELY visualizing the options(answers) ull realize that 3 are eliminated out of 5 Sounds funny do 1 thing try it with any sum so u know such methods help METHOds on ELIMINATION they r faster n better
try it :)
adn come back to me if u feel they wrk :)
hi, ofcourse method of elimination works n it really helps alot in saving time to arrive at the answers.... my suggestion wud b to keep an eye on the answer options while solving problem...coz sum clue wud help u in shortlisting ans options... even widout solving complete problem...!!
