Hi Everyone,

I am Manish from Bangalore and would like to get in touch with people from the city so that we can have doubt clearing session once in a while. Also , does anyone of you have the videos of level 2 exam .

Hi All,

I passed the Level 1 this January and wanted to start my studies from February.
But then how ever hard may try I find it's the same old topics and concepts as level 1/ Am wondering what's the new to start with? In fact I double check all the Scheweser's material and CFA book to make sure that am not using the Level 1 material again?
So what should be the plan for Level 2 preparation?

Every year the institure releases a document where it tells that what has changed from one year (2011) to another year (2012). i was omehow not able to find it on the CFA website. CFAI does not issue any comparative doc re. the changes in old and new material, it merely lists the changes i.e. new material. However, you can go here and download the comparative table of changes between the curriculum of 2011 and 2012. Hope it solves your problem.

In two words, it sucks.

I called Om book centre....They are providing the xerox material...
but the bad part is they are charging 3300....and I saved 40$ when opted for e book only....wtf??
Seems if i cudnt find newhere else i will have to go for it....if anyone knows anyone selling at reasonable price....please PM me...better if in bangalore...

You can get CFA books soft copy just need to search OL, then get printouts. This might work out.

I'm giving away my 2012 L2 Schweser material, since I won't be able to give the exam this time. PM me to collect it (in Saket, New Delhi). All books in brand new condition, didn't even get to open them yet 😃

Is the cutoff for the level 2 also around 70%.
