Dear frn ,thnks for ur comments....yeah dats d issue that me too have heard frm many of my frens...its unlikely that PO vud initially be posted in metro cities...mostly they r posted in semi urban or rural areas...so makes it difficult to sustain....

mera naam non-int mein hai....aur mere marks 330-334 ki range mein honge.....my first non-int post preference is auditor in cag and my first state preference is delhi......cut off for last year's cag auditor in delhi for ur cat was somewhere around 347...

guys pls tell me one thing that according to job preference i have filled, if i get CBI but dont clear physical then will i have chance for other posts or not??? can we change the options now

post pref is more importrant they check post1 state1 then post1 state2, post1 state3... after all state pref they come to post2 state1, post2 state2... so on. hope this helps.

I have confirmed from the CAG office that Auditors will now get 4200 Grade Pay. Will be implemented soon, after gazette notification. Cheers to all candidates....... Other posts with grade pay 2800 to be also affected(they will also get 4200 GP)

This has raised certain doubts in my mind:
1. Will Auditor become an interview post now???? as all other posts with GP 4200+ are interview posts.....If yes...Is it must to appear for interview to get Auditor post from now onwards??? But SSC CGL notification has classified it as non interview post....

2. Will the pay scale also increase to 9300-34800???? or will only grade pay increase?? I believe pay scale must also increase.........means total salary in hand for an auditor will be 26000+ in Delhi.

This must have relieved many candidates who could not make it to interview level.....

1. no, not this time, frm nxt time ma be
2.yup gp corresponds to the pay band thus if GP inc PB2 would be given i.e. 9300. If implemented gross sal wud be around 29.5-30k in metro with 27.5k in hand
Although this implementation could take time as it has been going for last 4-5 years.
