2012vivek no yar iti should be in the end.......in the initial stage iti earn not much bt after getting 1st promotion(ITO) he can compansate previous years dryness....

@nehasharma89 CSS ... though not major difference.. But assistant get promoted in 6 years to sectional officer... and ITI to ITO in 11-12 years.... but ITO is a big big post ....
