(1st attempt CAT 15 : 96.04 percentile - IIMB call result: waitlisted didn't convert)

Education: B.Com + Chartered Accountant (30 months work ex)

Weakness in profile: Std 10th marks and Std 12th marks (~75% - 80%)

Calls this year: IIMA, IIML, IIMK, MDI

Rejects: IIMA, IIML (don't know waitlist status at IIML)

Converts: IIMK, MDI

Post qualification aim: Finance (front end IB / Trading) 

  • Take CAT 2017, Try your luck one last time
  • Forget MBA, no value addition for you brother
  • Take up IIMK, IIM tag is more important
  • Take up MDI, learning from Prof Bakshi will take you to dream fin job
  • Only IIML (wait for subsequent lists), withdraw from IIMK & MDI
