That cant be said with certainty as it depends on the logistics issue at IIT Delhi and depending on the other IITs GD/PI schedule.
THe exact date should be out by 1st week of feb.

hii have a jmet rank 3141. I know its highly unrealistic to apply for any iit. However i would like to know whether iits plan to call people as obc category. This has happened in cat. In such a case i may have a chance. Please let me know about this.

Based on last year's data you have a fair chance of getting a call from IIT M, but it depends on the no of applicants , SOP and other's rank.

Photocopy of appointment letter and a recent salary slip would do or if you can send a letter from HR stating that you are a current employee of the company. Generally such certificates are issued when you apply for post paid mobile connections or gas connection.

as told in the JMET brochure that u can download the application form for applying to separate IITs from the respective sites .... but till now only IITD and IITK have given this form on their sites .. what abt other IITs ....AS THE LAST DATE is approaching nearer i getting tensed ...
please anybody guide me ....

There is nothing illegal about it, anyways choose the option that suits you best.

You have an fair chance, as the last year's cut off was 1500+, but it depends on the no of applicants, there ranks and your SOP. So,give it a shot and lets hope for the best.

IIT M at 2249 would be very tough unless you have a great SOP and acads.
So take a call on IIT M. But you can try for IIT R.

If u get a call, that means you have cleared the cutoffs decided by IIT M.
Also, such details are not disclosed by faculty, so I would advice you to concentrate on GT/PI prep rather than these issues.

As far as I know, you dont need to send your marks card to IIT Madras.
It should arrive soon, and in case of ambiguity contact IIT Kgp.
So stupid of me, I didn't read the instructions carefully and assumed that it is needed by default. Thanks for clearing the air.
