@Adymos Ar per your reco's are concern they have to rate you , you pls call to your reco's and say them to check their mail , when they will rate on the scale of bad to excellent on different criteria like intellectual research ability, about your Creativity and etc factor then u can submit your application

Hi All,
I was going through XLRI website for FPM. I am just wondering if any separate form need to be filled with all details like SOP, references etc.
Is there any form??

@nitya.saxena Wasn't the last date of application 22nd December 2012? And yes one had to upload a SOP. The link for upoading the SOP was available on the online application system.

I never got any link (or rather I failed to) for uploading SOP for FPM. Also, queries at XLRI go unanswered regarding FPM and the admission process. Now I realise that inspite of getting good percentile last year why I was not shortlisted for interview. Though I enquired over telephone about it last year, but no one gave me any clue about filling up any SOP whatsoever.
That's really bad, after so much of preparation and the same story repeating the second year.
Can anyone please post the link where SOP was to be uploaded? Though it does not make any sense to me now. But still, for information purposes.

I am looking for FPM which all institutes should i apply for FPM. As FPM we have to apply seprate. I am looking for ranchi as stipend is more or else i am looking for tiruchirapally.

Will i be able to get the call or not.. Please help me.

Well, you are not eligible for IIM Ranchi. Min score is 85%ile in CAT as mentioned in their website.

@samudrababu The link was available after I filled in the basic profile details and the DD details. I could have posted a screenshot here for the benefit of everyone, but I didn't save any screenshots. After submission of the SOP the link disappeared and hence future edits to the SOP are not possible

@dd2013 I paid through Bank challan, and there was no such link whatsoever, though I filled in the educational and personal details. I don't know whether this is a technical glitch or anything else, but one thing for sure, it's frustrating.

@GauravPuri You must have shortlisted a few schools which you want to attend. Why don't you go to the websites of those schools, spend some time on the FPM section, go through the eligibility criteria, evaluate the profiles of admitted students (many schools publish the profiles of admitted students on their websites) and then take an informed decision on the schools you would apply to? Even if you think that your chances are not so great for some schools, it doesn't hurt to apply. If you apply, you may or may not get in. But if you don't apply, you will not get in for sure.
